At SignAndFlag.com, we stand behind the products that we sell. After return is received, the refund can take approximately 2 weeks. SignAndFlag.com retains the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any item sent for return that is used or damaged. There are NO returns or exchanges on CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS!
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it with the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- All merchandise must be in new and re-sellable condition complete with blank warranty cards, manuals and packing materials.
- A return authorization must be obtained before returning item(s). (Packages will be refused without a return authorization marked clearly on the box.)
- Original receipt is required for refunds, all items returned without a receipt will be issued a store credit.
- There will be no refunds on shipping.
Exchanges :
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be in resellable condition for exchanges of different product. Original receipt is required for any exchanges, otherwise the lowest sale price will be given for value.
Warranty :
SignAndFlag.com is an authorized dealer for all products that we sell and offer full manufacturer warranties. We source from the most innovative and respected companies in the industry.
